New!  Men's Softball Team 

JCC on the Hudson has formed a men's softball team to play in the Westchester Hebrew Softball League.  Games are played on Sunday mornings against teams from other Jewish institutions, mostly synagogues, throughout Westchester County.

The games are modified fast-pitch, last a full 9 innings, with umpires calling balls and strikes.  We're looking for players with previous experience. Half of our games will be played at Yosemite Park off Tarrytown Road in Greenburgh. Our expected cost pp is $125-$150, which would include the equipment, uniforms, balls, field time, etc.  The games would start at either 8:30 or 9:15 a.m. almost every Sunday from April through September. Hi-Lo Sculpt

Get a healthy start to the day through a total body workout that includes intervals of cardio, strength training, core toning, and stretching. Instructor: Sharon Callahan, AFAA

High-Lo Wacky Wednesdays

Arthritis Fitness

Exercise in sitting or standing positions to improve posture, balance, mobility and core strength. Emphasis on form with special attention to joint and back health.

Fit 50+

A full body workout for the active 50+, this program targets all the muscle groups in a wide range of styles guaranteed to engage and energize. Strengthen your heart and burn calories with low-impact cardio, increase bone density and muscle tone with free weights, improve stability and core strength through Pilates, stability ball, and mat work, maintain functional fitness with yoga and barre stretches. Music and great company help push through the work and keep you coming back for more.

Gentle Yoga

This easy to follow class is ideal for beginners and more experienced yoga enthusiasts who would benefit from a more supported yoga practice with individual attention and a slower pace.
