Circuit Lunch Break with Deirdre Pachon

This 40-minute class will put you through your paces; getting your heartrate up, building core stability and strength, energizing you for he afternoon, and allowing you to continue to burn calories even after you return to the office.

Hi-Lo Sculpt with Sharon Callahan, AFAA

This total body workout includes intervals of cardio, strength training, core toning, and stretching.

Arthritis Fitness with Deirdre Pachon, AFAA

Gently loosen up tight joints with exercises performed sitting down
or standing behind a chair to improve posture, balance, mobility and
strength. Emphasis on form with special attention to joint and back

Heart Strong with Deirdre Pachon, AFAA

Geared to the active 50+ crowd, this class blends Step One low impact aerobics with the pilates, bar and yoga. You're guaranteed to get a full body workout and never bored.

Gentle Yoga with Lisa Sloane

This easy to follow class is an ideal choice for seniors or anyone searching for a soothing, more supported yoga practice with individual attention and a slower pace. This class will help you align and strengthen the body while adding flexibility and culminates in guided breathing meditations to improve mental focus. All students, beginning or experienced, are welcome.
